After working in and around the world of property and design for many years, Cassie founded Luks Design and Development in 2016 to help clients turn their dream home into a reality. We work with clients from start to finish, helping them turn their ideas about look and feel, into a practical and beautiful design that is right for them.

Particularly apparent in the health and wellness sector, individuals were buying up franchise models and finding spaces to lease, but then finding themselves unsure of how to navigate the minefield of steps to actually opening their doors to customers.
From dealing with lease negotiations, surveys, planning permissions and a huge array of consultants, let alone managing contractors and bespoke suppliers, business owners find themselves having to self-educate as there are no full service firms that work with them from start to finish.
At Luks Design we start working with business owners from the moment they conceptualise their idea, giving industry specific expertise on how to find, manage and appoint the right consultants for the right prices. We act as the central point of contact for the client, liaising with the various consultants and contractors whilst project managing the entire build.
Most notably, we offer a full in-house design service. We appreciate that in the current market, particularly with ever increasing rents, businesses have to make every square foot of their site appeal to their specific customer base. We know every business is individual and our designs are tailored accordingly.
